Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Conduct post campaign analysis, keep track of budgets, prepare monthly reports for internal analysis and day-to-day campaign monitoring.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure successful running of projects and create awareness for the company’s activities.
- To proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants and garner participation for programs and various initiatives to drive sales.
- To manage social media platforms and integrate online activities with offline marketing promotions.
- Monitor social channel conversations and act on any insights that can further enhance the customer experience and branding of company.
- Housekeep and update content of various digital and social media platforms.
- To proactively market advertising spaces to generate additional revenue
- To manage and supervise Digital Service Advocates
Duration:
- 2 years contract
Location:
- Central/East and North East
Working Hours:
- Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Salary:
- up to $4,800
Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in a similar capacity
- Creative, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, social media, and other relevant digital tools
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Data-driven, results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
- Prior knowledge in AEM and SAP will be a plus
- Prepare to work on weekends if required due to events
