Job Descriptions
- Perform General administrative includes data entry,phone calls, scanning & filing of documents
- Handle administrative duties includes but not limited to; invoicing, delivery orders, emails, paperworks etc.
- Maintaining & Collating monthly reports
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation & filing system
- Office Housekeeping
- Any other duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, MS Excel
- Preferbably with basic accounting or administrative skills
- Able to converse in both English & Mandarin
- Able to commence the job within short notice
- Basic guidance will be provided
