Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions

  • Perform General administrative includes data entry,phone calls, scanning & filing of documents
  • Handle administrative duties includes but not limited to; invoicing, delivery orders, emails, paperworks etc.
  • Maintaining & Collating monthly reports
  • Develop and carry out an efficient documentation & filing system
  • Office Housekeeping
  • Any other duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software such as MS Word, MS Excel
  • Preferbably with basic accounting or administrative skills
  • Able to converse in both English & Mandarin
  • Able to commence the job within short notice
  • Basic guidance will be provided
  • Singaporeans only
