Architectural Coordinator

Yearfull Contracting Pte. Ltd.

Coordinate and liaise with Owners, Consultants, & Trade Contractors regarding Site Arrangement, Work Progress, & Technical Resolutions

• Track, Monitor, Control & Update Work Progress on Site

• Plan & Schedule for Site Inspections according to Work Progress Status

• Coordinate and Schedule Shop Drawings & Sample Submission for Approval

• Conduct Regular Internal Review meetings with Trade Contractors for Site Arrangement, Work Progress, & Technical Resolutions

• Possess a good understanding of the drawings and specifications of a given project

• Perform Authorities submission including MOM, LTA, NEC, SCA, and any others deemed necessary for the site nature

• Plan master schedule, organize and mobilize for project kick-off, workout construction, and fabrication details, obtain approval from the Consultants, etc.

• Ensure submission of noise and site instrumentation monitoring to Authorities/Consultants

• Attend all Consultants' meetings and all NSCs, Domestic Sub-Contractor's coordination meetings

• Handle the Consultant's representative tactfully

• Close monitor and control of project schedules and progress

• Prepare a schedule of material, construction proposals and ensure timely handing-over of projects

• Identify and resolve discrepancies and outstanding issues with the Consultants and Clients' Representatives

• Resolve any disputes between Subcontractors, feedback reimbursement records, and instructions, if any.

• Ensure orderly distribution, file amendments, and update project documents and drawings

• Prepare variation records and drawings to support VO claims and final accounts

• Assist in preparation of progress claim submission as well as certification of claims to Subcontractors

• Follow-up completed project Defects Liability Period's administration

• Other ad-höc duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean

•Diploma or above on building construction or related discipline

• At least 2-3 years of experience in A&A work and reinstatement work

• Strong leadership to monitor workers for the works executed

• Demonstrate ability to handle Work independently and efficiently

• Good interpersonal skills and be able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a responsive manner.

• Familiar with Aconex submission preferable
