Responsibilities:
- Manage the seamless rollout of IT projects, ensuring efficient implementation and delivery.
- Develop detailed project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of managing applications and infrastructure systems for optimal performance.
- Effectively communicate project expectations, progress, and risks to stakeholders and team members.
- Showcase proven expertise in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and cultivating effective relationships with multiple vendors.
- Demonstrate solid knowledge and experience in implementing cloud solutions for both application and infrastructure systems.
Qualifications:
- A recognized diploma/bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in the IT field.
- At least 5 years of direct experience in project management or team leadership.
- Proven track record in effectively managing SLAs and collaborating with multiple vendors.
- Familiarity with RPA tools and low-code automation solutions.
- Have a good understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) practices and tools.
- Have knowledge and experience in implementing cloud solutions for applications and infrastructure systems.
- It will be an added advantage if certified in Project management or related fields.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
