Corporate sales refers to the specific branch of B2B sales focused on acquiring business travel accounts. This involves building long-term relationships with companies and their travel managers to secure their employees' flights on a specific airline. It's a crucial segment for airlines, contributing significantly to their revenue and overall passenger load.
- Implement sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for corporate sector in Singapore, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the corporate sector and identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Singapore, including C-level executives, HR managers, and procurement teams.
- Identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including new clients, verticals, and regions.
- Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Corporate Sales Manager.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products and services
Target Customers:
- Large companies: These can be across various industries like finance, tech, or pharmaceuticals, with frequent business travel needs.
- Travel management companies (TMCs): These companies manage travel arrangements for multiple corporations and negotiate bulk deals with airlines.

What we need from you -
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience, prefebably in Airlines Corporate
- Strong understanding of the Singapore market and corporate sector in Airlines/Travel business, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
