Corporate sales refers to the specific branch of B2B sales focused on acquiring business travel accounts. This involves building long-term relationships with companies and their travel managers to secure their employees' flights on a specific airline. It's a crucial segment for airlines, contributing significantly to their revenue and overall passenger load.


  1. Implement sales strategy to achieve revenue targets for corporate sector in Singapore, build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within the corporate sector and identify new business opportunities.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients in Singapore, including C-level executives, HR managers, and procurement teams.
  3. Identify new business opportunities within the corporate sector, including new clients, verticals, and regions.
  4. Work closely with the Corporate Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  5. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
  6. Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.
  7. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring that their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
  9. Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Corporate Sales Manager.
  10. Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to expand your network and promote our products and services

Target Customers:

  • Large companies: These can be across various industries like finance, tech, or pharmaceuticals, with frequent business travel needs.
  • Travel management companies (TMCs): These companies manage travel arrangements for multiple corporations and negotiate bulk deals with airlines.

Key Focus Area

  • Develop and manage corporate travel programs: Tailoring specific flight packages, discounts, and loyalty programs for each company's travel needs and budget.
  • Build relationships with travel managers and decision-makers: Understanding their travel policies, preferences, and pain points to offer solutions and build trust.
  • Present and negotiate pricing proposals: Offering competitive rates and packages to win the business over other airlines.
  • Provide ongoing support: Ensuring seamless booking and travel experiences for employees of partnered companies.


What we need from you -

  1. Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Minimum 5 years of sales experience, prefebably in Airlines Corporate
  3. Strong understanding of the Singapore market and corporate sector in Airlines/Travel business, including business culture, regulatory environment, and market trends.
  4. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales pipeline.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  7. Results-driven, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
  8. Ability to provide sales strategies, problem solving in a fast pace manner.
  9. Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
