Clinic Assistant / Patient Service Associate | Chiropractic Center | Multiple Location
Working Hour: Shift hours – according to the clinic assigned
Salary range: $2,300 – $3,450
Location: Multiple locations, to be discussed during interview
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with patients, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere
- Assist chiropractors with patient assessments, including taking histories and spinal examinations (Including palpation, range of motion and postural assessment)
- Prepare patients for treatments, ensuring their comfort and safety
- Provide education and answer basic questions about chiropractic treatment procedures
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks efficiently
- Handling day to day customer service and clinic administrative duties
- Explain services and treatment programs to patients
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
