Responsibilities:
- Perform HR functions in areas of shared services, employee engagement and general HR administration.
- Ensure compliance to legislative regulations.
- Review HR processes and provide suggestions for continuous improvement.
- Provide HR advisory support to the various stakeholders of the company.
- Manage and administer onboarding, confirmation, offboarding.
- Manage employee p-file
- Employee work pass management.
- Generate HR related reports and government related surveys completion.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree holders with 2-3 yrs of relevant HR experience
- Conversant and knowledgeable in Employment Act, and legislative regulations pertaining to HR matters.
- Good written and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP HRP application would be an added advantage.
- Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and a good team-player
- Experience in shared service settings preferred
