Key Account Manager
Seeking an experienced and results-driven individual for a healthcare/medical device MNC to join the team as a Key Account Manager. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Sales and key account management and development to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services.
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
- Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring alignment with our products/services.
- Good to have: clinical application support to provide pre & post-sales support.
MUST HAVE:
- Min 3 – 5 years of medical device sales experience, with proven track record.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management experience
- Your own vehicle – monthly transport allowance will be provided.
- Degree/Diploma in any disciplines.
