Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, Sat 8.30am-12.30pm
Salary: $2500-$3000
Job Description
• Prospect, source opportunity through research, leads, prospective listing to grow new customer base and nurture existing customer relationships via cold-calling
• Deliver consistent high-quality customer services by possessing customer focus attitude, with the ability to recommend an appropriate solution and creating value
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and improve customer’s experience
• Increase customer base and revenue through awareness of local market trends and intelligence
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
• 2 to 3 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding industry.
• A team player and self-motivated individual
• Basic knowlegde of Incoterms / Freight operations
