Job Description:
HR Operations and Administration
- Digitization of physical pfiles and upload to HRIS (Fusion) and sharepoint; Ensuring all filings are up to date.
- Provide administrative support to daily HR operations
Secretarial Support
- Manages professional calendar scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements and other related tasks such as management of content and flow of information to senior executives;
- Manages, coordinates, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination;
- Assists to prepare expense reimbursements for submission through the T&E system and be available to support other function leaders when the needs arise;
- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business;
- Assist with general office admin/facility tasks in the absence of the senior administrative executive (hotel & flight bookings, local logistics for guests flying into Intertek Singapore).
Requirements:
- Diploma/Higher NITEC in business studies, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
- Minimum 2 years of administrative/secretarial experience;
- Positive energy, high ownership of work deliverables and dedication and commitment in driving results;
- Discipline and trustworthiness when handling confidential information;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization;
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, organized, analytical and able to handle multiple tasks effectively;
- Driven and a self-starter who enjoys learning and working in a fast-paced environment;
- Displays strong flexibility and adaptability to changes;
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team;
