Job Responsibilities:
· Meet Clients requirement in all aspect of Property Management
· Project coordination in residential/commercial strata development
· Responsible for day to day operations of assigned sites
· Manage and supervise staff of assigned properties
· Assist superior to plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities
· Plan, execute and supervise all facilities management and operational activities (for managerial role)
· Maintain a continuous and long term relationship with existing clients (for managerial role)
· Manage and retain projects within the set financial criteria (for managerial role)
· Prepare and chair Annual General Meetings (for managerial role)
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in Estate/Facilities Management or related discipline
· Previous experience in managing condominiums, industrial or commercial buildings
· Knowledge of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and Building Maintenance and Strata Management (BMSM) Act
· Candidates with own transportation will have an added advantage
