Responsibilities:
- Supporting restaurant management in overseeing daily operations and quality issues
- Daily opening and closing of the restaurant
- Take in charge maintaining all aspects of the restaurant operation
Requirements:
- Strong written and spoken communication skill
- Good interpersonal skills
- A team player with initiative and good service oriented attitude
- Basic knowledge of service sequence in good standard
- Willing to learn the required standard to service in fine dining
