BACKGROUND

The Personal Care Officer will take care of the operation activities within the Home, ensuring smooth operation daily. The Personal Care Officer will also ensure the safe custody of the Residents and provide quality standard of care through the coordination of Home programs and activities. He/she will support the Management team in developing a flexible and sensitive approach to service delivery.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Security and Maintenance of Home
- Safe custody of Residents
- Daily Welfare and Care of Residents
- Conduct daily Programmes and Activities
- Individualized Care Plan and Case updates
- Record, Administration, Incident Reporting
- Emergency Contingency Plans
- Able to work 3-rotating shifts (AM, PM and Night), including weekends
