Job description
· Provide excellent customer service.
· Provide IT technical onsite support for end user services problem (identification, diagnosis, rectification and escalation).
· Support desktops, notebooks, printers, scanners hardware components.
· Installation, re-installation, troubleshooting and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications found in the Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software are Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc.
· Installation of Apple IPad softwares.
· Provide support for queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution and MAC.
· Printer Maintenance.
· Take on and resolve complex calls or tasks the other engineers could not resolve.
· Required to learn and work independently.
· Provide excellent support and timely service.
Job requirements
· Hardware Skill – Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Scanner
· Windows OS (Must know Windows 10
· minimally 1 year experience working as L1/L2 end user support
· comfortable with healthcare environment
· comfortable with 5.5 days work week
