Job Scope:
- Teaching values and character through sports
- Carry out fun activities and exercises for coordination, balance, agility, turning, jumping
- Maintain a professional image at all times and carry out lessons in a professional manner
- Engage, coach and inspire students to achieve their goals
- Be an approachable, positive role model with a fun, engaging approach and passion for coaching
- Demonstrate competency in various sports
- Assess students according to grading rubrics
- Exhibit classroom management skills and the ability to motivate and engage children
- Chaperones duties during camp
- Attend mandatory training for Insturctor
- Attend mandatory events such as Sports Camp (Day Camp)
Requirements:
- Valid MOE IRS Certificate (Preferred)
- Valid First Aid and/or AED Certificate
- Comfortable with travelling
- Any experience in coaching environment and/or in playing sports
- Coaching lessons are all after school hours
- Able to commit for a min of 6 months
Working Hours:
- 3.5 hours daily between 1:30pm - 6pm
