Summary

  • Ensure the communication of CACIB in Singapore including organisation of client events, internal and external communication, in coordination with APAC and HO offices.
  • Follow-up and control CACIB Singapore clients commercial performance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Business Planning

  • Support CACIB Singapore SCO on ad-hoc projects related to business and coverage management.
  • Draft presentation and provide support regarding the strategy of CACIB Singapore.
  • Monitor and analyse the commercial performance of the Singapore franchise.
  • Participate in the organisation of client events in collaboration with respective counterparts in Singapore.
  • Ensure seamless internal communication in coordination with the Regional and Head Offices through Intranet, newsletter and other communication tools.
  • Coordinate the communication on strategy topics and liaise with the Regional and Head Offices.
  • Act as the point of contact for external providers and/or any third parties as found necessary to fulfil the responsibilities listed above.
  • Support CACIB Singapore SCO on the coordination with other CASA entities in Singapore

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities

  • Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements, including, but not limited to, the Singapore Compliance manual and Compliance policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements, including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
  • Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role. Complete all mandatory training as required to attain and maintain competence.

Role Requirements:

  • Bachelors' Degree or its equivalent
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English, proficiency in French is an added advantage
  • Analytical with a good grasp of numbers
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) is a must
  • A self-starter who can work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Responsible and committed to team’s objectives
  • Able to work under pressure with tight deadline while maintaining good attention to details
  • Open-minded with the ability to take advices and guidance
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
