Roles and Responsibilities
· Plan, supervise and implement the programme for the class in accordance with centre’s policies and framework
· Complete progress reports on children for each semester and prepare a developmental portfolio for each child
· Set up and create a stimulating and engaging pleasant learning environment that promotes self-directed learning
· Work closely with the other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties
· Build and maintain close partnership with parents
Requirements
· At least a ACEY or Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education
· Preferably have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a preschool environment
· Obtained valid teaching certification (E.g. ACEY, L2 & L1) from ECDA
· Proficient in MS Office (E.g. Word, Excel and PPT)
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, Project Group Classes Management skills
· Open to new ideas and feedback, comfortable with learning and using new technologies and good energy level
· Able to work well independently as well as within a team
