Job Summary: Executive - Transportation / Operations
The Executive oversees the execution of transportation processes, operations, and technology, with a primary focus on Warehouse and Cold Chain Management. This role involves risk analysis, solution exploration, and supervision of transport operations. Collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize resources, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transportation Operations:
- Coordinate transportation processes and schedules.
- Optimize resource and cost management.
- Review and improve transportation solutions.
2. Business Administration Operations:
- Work with various stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities, and ensure compliance with governance.
- Lead teams and optimize resource allocation.
3. Warehousing and Cargo Handling:
- Review security procedures, manage cargo documentation, and implement improvements.
- Optimize resource and cost management, aligning with industry practices.
- Oversee WSH activities and coordinate corrective actions.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze risks, engage in process improvements, and adhere to CSR policies.
- Identify opportunities for technology integration in logistics.
5. Sales and Customer Service:
- Manage key accounts, strengthen relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- Plan and deliver logistics products and services to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Power Platform applications.
- Diploma/Degree in a Supply Chain / Logistics - related field.
- 1-3 years of related working experience.
