Job Description
- Responsible for new or existing customers,addressing their inquiries via calls or email.
- Listen attentively to customer feedbacks for improvements and ensure customers' satisfactions.
- Have a good understanding of company services and able to provide accurate information to customers.
- Responsible for updating and maintaining customer databases or records,ensuring all information are up to date.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities on cargo documentation clearance.
- Assisting in permit declaration.
Job Requirements/Skills
- GCE 'O' Levels,Diploma or Graduates are welcome to apply.
- 1 year and above work experiences in customer service/Logistics is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to multi tasks and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in relevant computer skills and customer service softwares such as Cargo ERP and Portnet.
- Meticulous and able to work independently.
- Initiative and willing to learn.
- 5.5 days work week with transportation and lunch provided.
