Your responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Set weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and service standard target and lead the frontline sales staff to achieve them
- Take charge of in-store operations in retail stores and department counters, that include but not limited to staffing, sales training, inventory and warehouse management, restocking, renovation and visual merchandising, logistics and sourcing, customer service, order fulfilment
- Liaison with retail operations team and department store buyers on a regular basis
- Help hire and train frontline sales staff so that we can provide the best service standard in the industry while helping sales staff achieve their highest potential and keeping the staff satisfaction level high
- Actively identify and solve any issues in store operations and people operations in a timely manner
- Plan and manage in-store marketing events based on yearly campaign calendar
- Take charge of online operations that include but not limited to online partnerships, campaign planning, order fulfilment.
- Source and lead business partnerships to expand our sales channels and increase our brand awareness
Requirements:
- Be passionate about Sunnystep
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Positive attitude and a kind heart
