RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and provide SHE support for the day-to-day SHE requirements of the assigned project/site.
- Provide support to the project by maintaining a visible presence to the field performing site visits.
- Assist in the coaching, mentoring and implementation of the SHE programs in the field.
- Report and assist to the SHE Manager & Director at respective site/projects.
- Conduct daily site inspections.
- Ensure that all incidents are reported immediately.
- Participate and assist the supervisors, foreman and manager in the investigation of incidents to determine root cause, and corrective actions where necessary.
- Communicate, coach and assist the field staff to ensure that all safety expectations are understood and met.
- Fill-up individual SHE inspection forms and/or BBSO.
- Participate and assist in all SHE related activities, campaigns and committees.
- Min. GCE O level with passes in English, Mathematics & Science or equivalent.
- Min. 5 - 8 years of relevant working experience as a Safety Lead in oil & gas / process maintenance industry.
- Possess Certificate in WSH (Level A)
- Possess Supervise Workplace Safety and Health in Process Plant or equivalent (OPSIC), Work at Height for Supervisors, Supervise Work in Confined Space Operation
- Occupational First Aid
- 5 Working Days (Monday to Friday), 8.00am to 5.30pm
- Permanent Full Time role
