Job Description :
Pre Contract Stage
- Quantity take off and cost comparison for main work trades
- To assist in establishing client’s requirements and undertaking feasibility studies
- To monitor relevant planning authority web sites to identify work opportunities (tender notice)
- To complete and submit of PQ document
- To access tender documents and ensure sufficient information available for tender preparation
- To request for quotations and assessment
- To prepare tender documents for submission
- To submit tenders and follow up for clarification
Post Contract Stage
- Understand and reasonably interpret contract document & drawing
- Understand contract provision thoroughly and advise the risk/areas of concern
- To perform measurement and cost breakdown
- To prepare payment certification to sub-contractor/ supplier
- To prepare payment claim to client
- To identify and evaluate variation work
Requirement:
- Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying
