Astek is proposing an opportunity for Full Stack Engineer (Javascript) to support our project based in Singapore.
Main Responsibilities
· Design and build tools and frameworks to automate development, testing deployment, management and monitoring of the company’s services and products
· Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
· Work primarily in JavaScript frameworks namely Angular, NodeJS, React and Redux frameworks.
· Track, document, and maintain software and network system functionality—both internally and externally, leveraging opportunities to improve engineering productivity
· Work with product managers and user experience designers to influence the strategy for the next wave of product features and system capabilities, identifying the best way to deliver capabilities
· Engage with inspiring designers and front-end engineers, and collaborate with leading backend engineers as we create reliable APIs
Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field.
· At least 5 years of experience in software development.
· Strong knowledge with Javascript, ES6, Javascript transpilers, Anular, React and Redux frameworks.
· Experience with HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap and JQuery.
· Knowledge with Java web development, Maven, CI/CD using Gitlab, Jenkins and Sonar would be an advantage.
· Familiar with Java frameworks Spring, JPA and Hibernate will be a plus.
