- Lead and manage Finance Team
- Optimize accounting processes and develop innovative reporting templates to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to further streamline financial operations.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and secretaries, facilitating timely completion of statutory requirements and audits.
- Manage and maintain company accounts, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Oversee tax reporting responsibilities, including quarterly GST filings and annual reporting.
- Direct budgeting and forecasting efforts for company entities, providing comprehensive variance analysis.
- Liaise internally with relevant teams on operation and financial plans for budgeting purposes and to improve financial performance.
- Manage cashflow for company entities.
- Manage industry related statutory requirement
Requirements
- Familiar with SAP Module
- Relevant Bachelor's Degree in Accountany Finance or equivalent
- At least 5 years of relevant Finance experience
- Comfortable with Shuffling and working in Jurong East and Tuas Plant
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Other Information
- 5 days work week from 8am - 5pm
- Transport picks up to and from Jurong East MRT if work in Tuas Plant
