Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a driven and experienced Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a key architect in shaping and implementing dynamic marketing strategies that will not only elevate our brand but also propel business growth. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, overseeing a spectrum of responsibilities from meticulous brand management, digital marketing efforts to orchestrating impactful events. Responsibilities:
· Formulate and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to grow brand awareness and achieve broader business objectives.
· Lead the entire lifecycle of impactful marketing campaigns from conceptualization to successful delivery
· Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, customer behaviours and emerging market opportunities
· Utilize market insights and campaign performance metrics to drive strategic marketing decisions, optimize marketing campaigns and shape product developments
· Manage digital marketing initiatives, encompassing social media, company website, email marketing, SEO/SEM and other relevant initiatives
· Create compelling marketing content, including social media posts, website updates, and all other promotional materials
· Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency
· Establish strategic external partnerships to expand market reach, nurture leads and retain existing customers
· Staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
· Act as the company's ambassador at trade shows, overseeing logistical details to ensure the success of each event
· Implement and optimize CRM systems to effectively manage customer data and improve customer relationships
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or any related disciplines
· Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in marketing campaigns with a successful track record of developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
· Proficient in leveraging both traditional and digital marketing channels
· Creative thinker, with track record for innovative content and campaign creation
· Proficiency in using marketing software and tools
· Thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to drive initiatives independently
· Strong project, campaign, event and stakeholder management skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for copywriting.
