Job Description:
· Generate and evaluate leads, as well as cultivate client referrals.
· Manage existing clients with strong sales support.
· Develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
· Monitor competitors, market conditions, and product developments.
· Create and execute sales action plans, including direct marketing activities.
· Maintain accurate sales activity records and reports.
· Ensure compliance with contract specifications through follow-up on all sales activities.
· Monitor and report on sales activities for management.
· Uphold confidentiality to protect the organization's value.
· Identify and nurture a pipeline of potential clients, focusing on corporations for inbound and outbound business solutions.
· Understand client needs and promote corporate services and solutions.
· Collaborate with senior management to devise and execute a business development strategy.
· Stay informed about market trends, build an industry network, and attend relevant events.
· Provide feedback to senior management to enhance the firm's competitive edge.
· Achieve specified sales targets.
· Undertake any other duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- At least 5-8 years of sales experience
- Strong business acumen with the ability to convert network into business
- Strong presentation and communication skills
