As a Service Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Providing reports and analysis on sales margin and changes in project schedule and conducting review updates on revenue
- Addressing customer invoice issues and disputes, ensuring timely resolution and payment
- Collaborating on local administrative tasks, such as past-due invoice follow-up, customer training, shipping, customs clearance, and document collection.
- Creating necessary workflows to streamline operations
- Handling other ad-hoc assignments as required
