Responsibilities:
✅Communicate with vessel & teams to ensure safe & smooth vessel operation.
✅Manage vessel in accordance with international/local regulations
✅Conducts cost analysis & estimate costs for the vessel operation.
✅Solve issues such as accidents with members.
✅Conducts risk assessment and recommend solution for mitigations of risk.
✅Address queries and complaints throughout the vessel management.
Requirement:
- Degree in Marine navigation/Ocean Engineering or related field.
- Min 10 years of relevant experiences in ship management
- Experience in managing complex dredging and coastal engineering projects.
- Experience in development of statements of qualifications and proposals.
- Experience in managing a team.
- Able to communicate in Japanese to liaise with crew members
