Job Description:
- Source and procure materials
- Get quotations, issue Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), process Invoices etc
- Arrange and manage drivers’ and workers’ daily work schedule
- Keep track of workers’ attendance/leave/medical leave
- Manage stock inventory, ensure sufficient supply of materials
- Liaise with internal and external parties to arrange materials delivery and ensure daily smooth operations
- Assist in HR responsibilities, including courses registration, workers dormitory registration
- Provide admin support to the team, including document filing, preparing documents, respond to clients’ enquiries via phone calls and emails
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O-level or its equivalent
- Computer literate
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Familiar with purchase processes (Quotation, POs, SOs, DOs, GR, invoices etc.)
- Able to work in fast paced environment
- 5.5 work days
- Able to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently
- Minimum 1 year of experience in related role
- Customer-oriented and possess good interpersonal skills
- Good time and priority management and organizational skills
- Motivated and willing to learn on the job
