Responsibilities:
- Maintain Customer focus on all times and answering to customers’ enquiries (e-mails phone and fax) using the Best Practice guidelines.
- Work within agreed service levels, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible.
- Work closely with Strategic Sales in meeting customers’ order fulfilment and achieving on-time delivery KPI.
- Establish and maintain an ongoing sales funnel of existing customers, striving to exceed customer expectations wherever possible.
- Meeting up with new customer in fostering customer relationship and to render better service quality.
- Maintain advanced working knowledge of all customer service processes for different market segments and communicate discrepancies/ issues to team manager when necessary
- Resolve and/or escalate issue in a timely fashion.
- Development of self by: developing customer service skills, learning about customers’ procurement functions and innovative solutions and products.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business or related studies.
- Minimum 3 years’ related work experience is required.
