- Work as a member of the Separation Management Office (SMO) Commercial Workstream to ensure business continuity and a seamless Day 1 experience for customers
- Lead day-to-day execution of commercial separation workplan, coordinating across cross-functional and global business teams
- Support and execute portfolio/customer current commercial entanglements
- Facilitate decision-making with key business stakeholders, including HCBG and SMO leadership on commercial separation activities (contracts, etc)
- Lead day-to-day execution of commercial separation workplan, coordinating across cross-functional and global business teams
- Help support geographic participation workstream by executing changes to global footprint, commercial go-to-market models, and supporting functions
- Serve as the HCBG subject matter expert on the business strategy, go-to-market model, and commercial footprint
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
- Five (5) combined years of experience in sales or marketing within a current HCBG Division
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience in sales or marketing within a current HCBG Division in the APAC, EMEA and/or LATAM area
- MBA degree
- Deep expertise in go-to-market models, commercial activities (e.g., pricing, etc.), and varying 3M commercial functions (e.g., inside sales, Global Channel Services, etc.)
- Ability to synthesize structured and unstructured data nto insights and executive level narratives
- Strong project management skills, with experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with the ability to balance quality of deliverable and tight timelines
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Confidence in working both independently and collaboratively; influencing cross-functional teams towards a common goal
- Comfortable in stakeholder management with the ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional partners
