Our client is a Global Manufacturing MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas servicing sector. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the West.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assisting in acquiring and developing Company’s products.
- Manage in generating and processing of sales order schedules.
- Regularly engage/communicate with customers for sales.
- Offering consistent and efficient post-sales support to customers.
- Manage daily operations and orders in hand by liaising/cooperate with other departments.
- Responsible for the creation of necessary service manuals and procedures documentation by coordinating with the service department and customers to ensure timely availability.
- Acquiring technical information, drawings and data as needed.
- Coordinating with marketing team on customers’ needs.
- Active participation in meetings (e.g production and sales order review).
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma or Degree in Business or other relevant equivalent field of study.
- Min 3 years relevant experience
