- Able to handle key customer account or manage accident claims operation team
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers.
- Inspection of returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for Close Rental Assessment.
- Resolve professionally all matters relating to vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers.
- Manages the operation and maintenance of the organization's motor vehicles.
- Manage periodic servicing schedule, LTA Inspection compliance, AVP and reporting as it relates to the fleet.
- Manages fleet management budgets by negotiation of repair pricing with authorised workshop.
- Develops and implements vehicle and equipment preventative maintenance programs.
- Be the main person to manage all assigned customer feedback/ complaints in relation to vehicle conditions and repairs.
- Manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity.
- Give input into developing budget.
- Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility.
- Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.
- Performs ad hoc duties as assigned by Supervisors.
- Develops and maintains outside vendor and service provider relationships.
Requirements
- Min O Level
- 1 to 2 years relevant work experience (car rental)
- Valid Class 3 License
- MS Office proficiency
- Team player, motivated and able to work well under pressure.
- Must be contactable by means of hand phone at any time including weekend and public holidays.
