RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Direct and manage coffee shop/food court according to company SOPs and regulatory requirements
- Ensure sufficient stocks for daily operation.
- Ensure Cashier fills up the Daily Sales Report accurately and proper handing/ taking over in between shifts should be in accordance to the Company SO
- Ensure Coffee-Maker possesses the basic skill and knowledge of coffee-brewing. Able to follow and/or meet with the required Company’s Coffee/Tea brewing standards
- Ensure that the stall tenant has a valid food stall licence and all foreign/immigrant workers hold a valid employment pass
- Monitor sales and provide monthly sales reports with recommendations for business reviews with management
- Able to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficient.
- Ensure consistency and quality of food preparation, hygiene and safety of workplace at all times
- Must have positive attitude, an eye for details & responsibility
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have 2 to 3 years experience in F&B
- Ability to innovate new menu items
- Ability to work to a budget and manage food costs
- Good leadership skill, able to lead a group of kitchen crews
- Able to work weekend
