Responsibilities:
- Create and propose designs concepts, space layouts planning, and sales quotations
- Communicate effectively with client in order to understand the client’s objectives and needs
- Coordinate and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced
- Prepare presentations (2D, 3D) for clients
- Propose quotation for clients based on proposed design and layout
- Responsible for the supervision of work progress to ensure project is followed and completed within the timeline
Requirements:
- Preferred Diploma cetificate holder
- Min 3 years and above of relevant working experience
- Knowledge on Autocad & Sketchup & Vray & 3D Max
- Experience in drawing 2D and 3D in residential, commercial and office projects is an advantage
- Basic arithmetic, exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- Able to work independently
