Responsibility:
- End-to-end recruitment & selection process and onboarding (job postings, screening, shortlisting and interviewing candidates, reference checking, employment offer and confirmation).
- Work closely with Government body to administer work pass (application, renewal and issuance).
- Ensure regulatory compliance throughout human resource management.
- Stay updated in HR legislation and effects changes or makes recommendations for change to keep the company practices in compliance with the employment laws and guidelines in Singapore
- Creation and maintain employee details in HR MIS
- Administer training-related matters including coordination or enrolment of courses, update and maintain training records etc.
- Any assign task from supervisor.
Requirement:
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related discipline
- Experience in recruitment will be an advantaged
- Fresh graduate keen to persue HR profession are welcome under the management trainee programme
- Maticulous, able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Have a positive mindset with openness to accept additional challenges and opportunities that comes along
- Good Interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken to interface with all levels of people
