JOB PURPOSE
The Young Hearts Programme aims to give children and young persons in challenging circumstances a leg-up in life. Creating a safe haven, we work with partners to develop holistic programmes for adolescents to build strong foundations and acquire important hard and soft life skills.
The Programme Coordinator provides general operational support to the team. The incumbent must be willing to engage the communities meaningfully on weeknights and weekends when necessary.
Centre Location: Yishun
Regular working hours before 19 Feb 2024: 9AM - 6PM
Regular working hours after 19 Feb 2024: 1PM - 10PM
JOB SPECIFICATION
Administration
● Maintain timely and accurate documentation of the programme, including but not limited to assessment forms, case files, volunteer records and reports in the database management system
Operations
● Conduct regular home visits
● Ensure programme has a pool of regular trained volunteers
● Maintain good relationships with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
● Plan and participate in Educational and Enrichment programmes, and
Excursions
● Support outreach efforts to build community awareness about the programme
Technical Competencies
● Computer literate
