MAIN PURPOSE
As the IT Project Manager for SAP IBP-SP, this role will be the IT lead for a 1-year end-to-end implementation across all APAC markets. The IT Project Manager is expected to collaborate with cross-functional teams, align project objectives, and provide SAP IBP-SP expertise. He will manage project plans, timelines, and deliverables, addressing issues in regular status meetings. We are looking for an experienced project manager who can ensure successful implementation, analyse business processes, and foster effective communication between users and technical teams.

- IT Lead for the end-to-end implementation of SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Planning (IBP-SP) module.
- Utilize prior experience to ensure successful implementation across diverse markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Provide functional and technical expertise in SAP IBP-SP, guiding the team through configuration, customization, and integration processes.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring adherence to the established schedule.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, addressing issues, risks, and providing updates to stakeholders.
- Foster effective communication between business users and technical teams to facilitate a smooth implementation process.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring successful resolution to maintain project momentum.
- Act as a liaison between external vendors, consultants, and internal teams to guarantee seamless collaboration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end SAP IBP-SP implementations across multiple markets.
- In-depth knowledge of both functional and technical aspects of SAP Integrated Business Planning for Supply Planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze business processes and provide solutions that align with organizational objectives.
- Experience in creating and maintaining project plans, managing timelines, and meeting deliverables.
- Familiarity with SAP integration methodologies and best practices.
- Relevant certifications in SAP IBP-SP and project management are a plus.
