Advancer Global Facility serves as the holding company and central recruitment arm for the member companies within the Group, encompassing Employment Services, Security, Cleaning, Pest Control, Landscaping, Smart Technologies, and Property & Facilities Management.

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Finance team to support the needs of our Smart Technologies Division through the next phase of the growth and development roadmap.

Responsibilities


Accounting

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable functions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers and journals.
  • Financial Planning
  • Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
  • Preparation of financial reports and budgets.
  • Collaborate with the group finance team to support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare sales quotation and raise purchase orders
  • Stock taking

Administration

  • Oversee general office administration and day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for financial and administrative documents.
  • Assist in human resources functions with HQ, including record-keeping and onboarding processes.
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and facility management.
  • Support executive and team members with administrative tasks, as needed.
  • Staff Claim

Tasks in Year 2024

  • Liaising with IT Team to implement an Inventory System / Quotation / ERP

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting and financial management for an organisation in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Inventory Management
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in general office administration is a plus.
  • Proactive problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
  • To perform detailed inspections at customer’s premises for any sign of pest or infestations
