Responsibilities:
· Responsible on developing and executing end-to-end public relations activities/engagement
· Strategize, develop and implement a sound Public Affairs strategy in order to project a transparent, localized and trust image to internal and external stakeholders
· Responsible on Govt and relevant communications and stakeholder engagement activities including customers PR dept, Industry and trade analysts, telecom regulators, academics, etc.
· Responsible on brand-related materials and contents targeted for internal and external stakeholders
· Crisis management
· Act as external spokesperson, when appropriate
Requirements:
· Relevant Degree with at least 8 years relevant experience in a Govt/ trade association role/Agency
· Highly hands-on individual and a creative and innovative thinker
· Good Strategic and structured thinking with interpersonal skills
· Hands on experience in Program and event management
· Excellent communication & written skills in both English & Chinese (in order to liaise with Chinese speaking customer)
· Is a self-starter; possess confidence and excellent communication skills in order to interact with people of all levels across different markets within the region
· Skilled in market research, and self-driven spirit
