Parent Liaison Officer is responsible to continue lifting our brand through service excellence across all PreSchool and Student Care businesses. Parents Liaison Officer is responsible to continue lifting our brand through sales growth and service excellence across all PreSchool and Student Care centres.
Job Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact between us and our prospects or clients and this incumbent is responsible for communicating the benefits/USPs of our products to prospective customers in order to drive sales.
Accountable to assigned PreSchool and Student Care Centre’s Annual Enrolment Target and achievement
Accountable for the whole process of cold-calling, prospecting, meeting and conducting Centre tours, follow up, closing and after sales services of PreSchool and Student Care Customers.
Oversee and manage multiple communication channels (i.e email, telephone and/or over the counter) and interactions with customers.
Constant initiative to conduct competitors research to understand the local preschool and student care industry and key competitors/new competitors.
Serve as the main escalation point for all matters relating to customers service and satisfaction.
Able to manage tricky and challenging customers, and the ability to build strong rapport with customers (Parents with young children)
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Direct / Corporate Sales role (experience in early childhood industry is a plus)
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, negotiation and communication, time management and organizational skills
Able to work under pressure in a demanding situation, and ability to adapt in fast-paced environment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both verbal and written
Great Emotional Quotient (EQ) to be able to handle varying degree of human emotions with ease and confidence
High level of energy, enthusiasm and passionate about customers’ happiness and satisfaction
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Ability to create and deliver sales presentations tailored to the customer’s needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
