JOB DESCRIPTION
· Responsible for generating new business in the Integrated Facilities Management sector.
· Need to generate leads in the maintenance industry to promote/sell the company’s solutions and services – building owner/facilities/security/cleaning/shipping.
· Create a sales pipeline, working from prospect lists, cold calling, networking and conducting independent research.
· Form and build relationships with new and existing customers related to the maintenance industry.
· Responsible for meeting targets/KPIs set out by management on a monthly/quarterly basis.
· Work closely with the marketing team to sell the benefits of our unique range of products and packages.
· Support branding and business development in new domains or markets.
· Attend industry functions such as trade shows, conferences and webinars and provide feedback on market trends, opportunities for businesses and partnerships.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
· Candidate must be strong/minimum 3 years of working experience in sales/business development providing IT solutions to the maintenance industry – facilities/security/cleaning/shipping.
· Candidate should have a database of their customers/leads in any specific maintenance discipline – FM contractors/security/cleaning/shipping. During the interview need to explain how can be able to penetrate the company’s maintenance solutions into those customers/leads.
· Must be a team player.
· Good communication, written and presentation skills.
· A proactive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
· Knowledge and/or interest in Maintenance solutions, the Internet of Things.
