Responsibilities:
- Attend to customer inquiry, quotation, escalation & order fulfilment issues
- Coordinate the sales activities between the Sales Team, with the Sales Program Manager, Sales Coordinator and Costing Team
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse & Logistics departments to ensure the production scheduling & on-time delivery
- Project planning and management on new turn-on projects
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- 3 - 5 years relevant working experience in electronic industry is preferred
- Diploma/ Degree in Business Management
- Working experience in manufacturing preferably EMS or cable (Costing & managing customer expectation)
- Experience in Box Build Assembly and System Integration
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Experience in using SAP, BAAN and etc
- Good knowledge in MS Excel (e.g. V-Look Up) will be an added advantage
