Production Technician
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily routine production in electroforming production & planning to ensure stencils meet the quality standards and delivery lead time.
- In charge of material preparation, direct material storage etc.
- Handle SAP system by raising the purchase requisition for direct & indirect material.
- Plan and operate manufacturing machinery or equipment
- Monitor the production equipment in good condition for production, provide preventive maintenance and servicing as per planning and schedule.
- Work closely with safety committee and Risk Assessment Leader to ensure technicians closely follow safety procedures.
- Comply to ISO9K QMS and ISO14K EMS to ensure stencil with good quality
- Lead & support in varies of new stencil product development and evaluation together with other department, support in troubleshooting in non-conformance.
- Support business excellence projects and lean manufacturing activities.
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC/O Level
- Minimum 3 Years working experience in Electroform production
- Independent, Team player, problem-solver and analytical thinker
- Ability to work with different department and stakeholders
- Transport provided at various MRT stations
