Prerequisites
- At least 5 years of experience in F&B management experience in hospitality industry
- Customer oriented with high desire for service quality
- Strong planning and organizational skills with a keen eye for details
- Possess good analytical skills
- Knowledge of IT preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills preferably in, English Malay and others.
- Self-motivated and able to work in a fast pace environment
Responsibilities
- In charge outlet during RM absence / take over shifts
- To oversee the daily operations of the outlets
- To manage and supervise a team of supervisors & service staff to ensure maximum utilization of manpower allocated
- To lead, train and motivate staff in achieving customer service excellence
- To establish operational procedures and standards to ensure service quality
- To maintain and improve the overall performance of the outlets on a regular basis including
- cost analysis and monitoring of processes
- To maximize profitability of the outlets by increasing turnover
- To be responsible for the development, active training and advancement of employees
- To be responsible for financial performance of all outlets, including profit & loss and
- implement appropriate cost control/monitoring measures
- To perform duties in the best interests of the company
- To perform any other duties / tasks assigned by superior
