Description:
-Handle the recruitment for Singapore HEYTEA.
-Maintaining in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliances.
-Collecting and communicating HR-related needs proactively from employees.
-Maintaining harmonious employer-employee relationships.
-Attendance and leave management.
-Providing guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning, and succession planning.
-Take charge of CPF and related tax issues.
-Foreign workers issues like work permit application and insurance.
-Other duties duly assigned by the company HQ.
Requirements:
-Preferably major in HR Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent.
-Preferably having experience in the Catering or Retail industry.
-Strong communication skills and data analysis capacity.
-Familiar with Singapore MOM policies.
-Pleasant, mature, outgoing, meticulous with good interpersonal skills.
