Job Description
1. Responsible for managing all aspects of Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary system site works;
2. Responsible of manpower and resource scheduling and deployment, ensuring all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality;
3. Coordinate internally with inter-department and externally with clients & subcons to resolve technical/site issues and attend site meetings when required;
4. Supervise Subcon works to ensure timely completion and quality standards of on-site works;
5. Responsible for preparing, submission of method of statement and others required reports;
6. Review, monitor and control Fire Protection, Plumbing and Sanitary System shop drawings, CSD etc submission and approval status.
7. Report to the Project Manager
Job Requirement
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
2. Min. 3-5 years’ experience in working in construction projects.
3. Good communication skills with ability to interact with people across all levels.
4. Knowledgeable in project management processes for all stages of project.
5. Experience in Wafer fabs, pharmaceutical will be advantageous
6. Preferably Singaporean or PR
