Job Responsibilities:
- Chauffeur company directors, staff and guests to and from office and any location as required
- Despatch and collect office documents and items to/from bank, customer, vendor locations
- Maintain interior and exterior of company vehicle in clean and good working condition on daily basis
- Comply with traffic regulations at all times and ensure safety and comfort are always the priority
- Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly
- Schedule vehicle servicing as and when required
- Assist in office general administrative tasks when needed
- Undertake any other ad-hoc duties when needed
Job Prerequisites:
- Class 3 driving licence with good driving records and ethics
- Familiar with Singapore routes
- Good punctuality and attendance records
- Non-smoker
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to do overtime as and when required
