Overview
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business goals and technical requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing proactive support.
- Manage level 2 advanced support help desk
- Possess a deep understanding of our enterprise software solutions and stay updated on new features and updates.
- Collaborate with clients to identify and understand their technical needs and challenges.
- Provide training and support to clients
- Serve as a troubleshooter for technical issues, coordinating with internal technical teams to resolve client challenges promptly.
- Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact the client's operations
- Lead customer weekly calls and provide update on open issues and next steps
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of projects and milestones.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project timelines and deliverable
- Proven track record of successfully engaging with high-profile customers, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Demonstrated experience working in a demanding customer environment, meeting tight deadlines, and delivering high-quality service under pressure.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience as a Technical Account Manager in the enterprise software industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software solutions and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
