Job Description
Being our Sales Merchandiser, you will first go through a comprehensive orientation, which enhances your understanding of our corporate culture and management practices, acquisition of basic garment manufacturing and products knowledge for building a good foundation to excel. You will receive industry-specific and technical training throughout the Programme to build your professional know-how and business experience.
Upon graduation, you will manage a customer account to identify their needs and provide professional advice to them. You will manage full range of sales orders and lead a merchandising team to monitor the entire product development and bulk production process to ensure on time delivery and quality satisfaction. You will also collaborate with different departments on cost management and analysis.
Requirements
- University graduates in Business, Management or any related subject.
- Fresh graduates or any with less than 2 years of working experience.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrate methodical, logical, solution-driven initiatives and drive to achieve excellence.
- A good team player with strong communication skill.
- Capable of serving as a role model for displaying openness, teamwork and integrity.
- Passion in Garments with keen interest to build career in Garment Industry.
- Willing to station in overseas for a short or long term assignments.
